inviteyou.love ("we," "us") is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

What we collect

• Account information you provide via Google Sign-In (name, email, profile photo).
• Invitation content you create (event details, photos, guest lists).
• RSVP responses submitted by your guests.
• Aggregate usage analytics (page views, browser type) via Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless) and, with your consent, Google Analytics 4 (anonymized IP).

How we use your data

• To create and serve your invitation pages.
• To enable RSVP collection on your behalf.
• To improve the product (anonymized analytics only).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

Where your data lives

• Database: Neon (US/EU regions, encrypted at rest).
• Image storage: Cloudflare R2 (encrypted at rest).
• Analytics: Cloudflare and Google (where you've consented).

Your rights under the DPA

You may at any time:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct any inaccuracies.
• Delete your account and all associated data.
• Object to processing or withdraw consent.
• File a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
