The service

inviteyou.love provides free digital invitation tools. We try to keep the service available 24/7, but we make no uptime guarantees.

Your content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, guest lists, event details). You grant us a limited license to host, display, and serve that content as part of providing the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to upload any photos or names you include, especially when those involve other people.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content.
• Use the service for spam or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to access other users' invitations or guest data.
• Reverse-engineer or interfere with the service's operation.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice.

No warranties

The service is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, about its availability, fitness for purpose, or suitability for any specific use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months — which, for a free service, is zero.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
